I would like a new bios, where t get?

I have a ga7vrx, and i works very well, only, even with bios updates i still am limited to what i can do. The fsb in bios is nice, but there are more important things, like fsb/pci ratio. Where can i get a good bios that has a load of good features. Also, i would prefer one with the fsb in bios.
