Hey guys,
Can't find a definitive answer via google - I am thinking of grabbing an optiplex 790 sff for an HTPC. They are small, come with a windows licence, and can be had for around 120 bucks now. However, there is no way to add a GPU so I need to ensure that the 2400 is sufficient.
Will this setup be sufficient for 2k youtube or 1080 HEVC?
Follow up question since I know little about intel - this should be upgradable to Ivy assuming the bios will support the processors, right (same socket)?
