Okay, have you checked to see if your heatsink is completely flat (not convex or concave)? Many users have found out why they have bad temp due to heatsink not being completely flat. Furthermore, have you checked to see if your CPU's IHS is completely flat? These are two of the factors that play big role in having high temps issue.

no...How to do that? Is there some regular method to do so? And what should I do if these aren't perfectly flat?
