IBM Thinkpad 770

I got an IBM Thinkpad 770 with a 233mhz cpu and 128mb of ram. I can't figure out how to get into the bios on this labtop. If anyone is familar with it reply if you can help thanks.

Says hold down F1, then turn the system on and the BIOS screen'll come up.
