Where I can found scheme for change ICS for overckloking my PIII on Intel 815EEA

not quiet sure I understand friend.....ICS (Internet Connection Sharing?)

are you looking for a way to install it? I must be wrong as ICS has nothing to do with overclocking.
 
ICS is Integrated Circuit Systems is a component of motherboard
 
Open up ya box look for the PLL crystal and find the clock gen chip... find the CPUCooL URL somewhere and check if your on the overclockable list
