ideas on cooling my water resivior???

right now my water cooling system dose ok but i want to see if i can get the cpu even cooler. curten state
cpu cooler modified super orb(drilled a hole through it :) )
curent temps anywhere from 35 to 40 C
i wana see if i can get this cpu to about 25 to 30 C. any suggestions would be apreciated.
 
I just read your other post and see you don't have a radiator. If you use one you could drop temps some. I am useing a transmisson cooler I bought from O'Rileys Auto parts for $21.00. I have a 12mm fan I got from grainger for $15.00. Radio Shack has them for about the same. I used an extra case to mount every thing. Here is a pic.

just an idea but wouldn't it work better if you had the fan on the outside? then you would have airconditioning for your case and you would have colder air because the outside air has to be cooler
