IE7 And Pop-Up Blocker Lists

Is there anyway I can back-up my allowed sites in the IE's pop-up blocker settings just I have so many I would just like to back-up them up. Then put them back incase of a format like I can with Office XP.

You would probably need to export the following two registry sub-keys under the following key...

HKEY_CURRENT_USER | SOFTWARE | Microsoft | Windows | CurrentVersion | Internet Settings
