Is it now possiable to nLite and slipstream IE7 into XP Pro I can already it with SP2 and the updates.

There's a switchless addon for IE7 available from RyanVM's site here...

IE7_v7.0.5730.11_Switchless_Addon
http://www.ryanvm.net/forum/viewtopic.php?t=3306

... that you can use w/ either nLite v 1.2.1 or v 1.4.2 of the RVM Integrator:

RVM Integrator 1.4.2

Another possibility would be adding this file to nLite in the "Hotfixes and Update Packs" stage of the build process...

Internet Explorer 7 7.0.5730.11 Final

... or download IE7 directly from MS here:

I had the final set-up file which is what majorgeeks' link is I'll give it a try with the latest version of nLite 1.2.1 aftre next months updates.

I tired adding the set-up file of IE7 to the list of Hotfixes it came up saying that it isn't a recognised file of hotfix something like that.

Did you download the one from Reducc900's link or did you slipstream the .exe file from Microsoft's office IE7 site. I tried doing that and it gave me a info screen saying it can't do it.
