IHC-H71 or Vantec Aeroflow

I am going to be upgrading from my stock intel heatsink and I am going to pick one of these. I hear the IHC-H71 are very loud but from the reviews on the home page, they are the best coolers. The Vantec is very quiet but not as good as the Cooler Master. Do you think that the cooling diference from the Cooler Master and Vantec is worth the extra noise?

If you have the $$ do what I did- buy H71 and use the heatsink- then buy a Volcano 7 or 9 and fit the SmartFan onto the H71 HS. The Smart Fan is very quiet on lowest setting (3000RPM), you can crank it to medium (4500) or high (6000RPM) when you need it.
