I'm building my first waterblock!

I'm building my first design for a spiral waterblock but I need to know the distance between the holes on the mobo (Soyo K7V Dragon +, but I know the holes are the same distance on every mobo) so that it can fit it on, thnx. Also what size screws and springs should I use if I wanted to get a cold plate and add a peltier?
