I think I was doing ~35C load on die with my XP @ 2300 MHz 1.85V. Now I run 9x200 for 1800MHz because of a hardware bug that makes me clear the BIOS and reset to the 2300 settings everytime I boot, and it got annoying. Now I run under 30C all the time.
With a reliable heatercore setup I would probably run 24hours a day, and therefore wouldn't have to boot so I'd go back up to 2300 (or higher, I have a new BIOS that does up to 250 FSB but I havn't had ANY time to play around with it). I could never trust my bong 100%, I think around 48 hours is the most I let it go. I had a huge res too, nothing that would evaporate even in a weeks time, but my biggest problem was funk getting into the sprayer-head and clogging it up so it sprayed all funny. Eventually my flow would drop DRAMATICALLY and I'd have to clean it out. That's probably the biggest hassle with the thing.
Add a puppy trying to jump inside my res and chew pipes and it's time for a change
