I'm starting to like BF2142,

It's a fun game, but the level design needs some HELP.

BF2 is just great though

Special Forces is "OK" and now I sorta wish I didn't buy it, but it was sorta cheap.

i was waiting for the price to drop and hear some reviews before i got it. how does it compare to bf2?

BF42 was the best of the series by far, truly revolutionary. BF2 had nice graphics, but it didnt have the wow factor. BF2142 in my opinion is not very sucessful in the series, although it probably will see more fame than Vietnam it will not come close to the original 42. There really isnt anything out there like BF series, they can have a horrible title like Vietnam and still have money pouring in. I tried numerous other multiplayer games, and they are just not like BF, so they are only competiting with themselfs. I had the Beta 2142 and it was alright, I think I had a bit more fun with it than I did with BF2, but it will not match BF42.

In my opinion they need a remake of the WW2 for the 5th PC title, even though people seem to mention that everything has already been done with that period there really isnt anywhere else to go, and probably every period has been explored already. Now its just a matter of perfecting the game and the fun factor.

How about or boys and girls fighting the war on terror now? Like in Afghanistan and Iraq. Make a shooter where you have to deal with that crap...I.E. IEDS, snipers in cars, regular forces then the terrorist pukes them selves that will martyr themselves thinking they will get a bunch of virgins if they kill themselves for Allah. Also cannot forget about the spec op guys that helo into one of the stans in the rugged mountain terrain.

BF2 is much better than 2142, but I am just liking 2142 because it's something new, I suppose.

Vietnam is HORRIBLE, I'm glad I only paid a few dollars for it at Wal-Mart.
