This problem started just today(just noticed it).
Its like my screen shakes real quick, like a video glitch, then is normal. Its so fast you can barely notice it.
Heres my question.
I just installed some UV tubes, and UV LED blocks. Is there anyway those would be taxing out my PS? Is there a program that would tell me about how much wattage im taking up?
Or could my video card be going bad causing this "glitch"
Or could my monitor be going bad causing this glitch?
