Installed system in new case and windows is not detecting my hdd

So I installed my system in my new phanteks case and now windows does't detect my hdd, but bios does. What should I do?

Already did, I just plugged both the ssd and the hdd in the other two sata 3 6g hookups and all is well. Don't know why it didn't work on the other 2 sata 3 6g hookups.. ????

Were they plugged in to the same SATA ports as in the previous case?

I label my SSD/HDD's and cables so that way I know exactly in what order they go. When I swapped cases it was a breeze.
