installing usb adsl modem

can anyone help me install my modem its a speed touch usb adsl.
i got the drivers just dont know were to start
im runing redhat 8
if any one could talk me thouth it i would be very happy

i have that modem, works well in mandrake, never managed to get it to work in redhat 8
