Thanks for you reply. You are right. I am all good now. Dummy me, when I download the windows creation media tool I was not paying attention and forgotten to uncheck recommendation for this PC. I should have uncheck that and proceed to create a bootable USB drive. That was why when I start the PC it did not begin windows install because I did not create a bootable USB drive,
 
Overclocked all P Cores @ 5.6Ghz and E-Cores @ 5.1Ghz on a custom built watercooled 360MM GTX radiator. 48GB DDR5 8200mhz overclocked @ 8600mhz. Ran a Cinebench R23 multi core test results of 43,947 points. Its beat AMD Ryzen Thread 2990WX 32 Cores processor, Cinebench score 30,054. This draw 441W of power on this test.
