That's strange that they also state "...Nov. 10 with the introduction of a new 2GHz Celeron processor...", when that CPU has been available for a while now. I got one from NewEgg about three weeks ago, C1 stepping and did 3GHz easily with the stock HSF and just 1.55vcore.

They mean the Nov. 10 introduction of the Celeron 2.1 and 2.2 GHz processors.
