My mobo is rated for 400 or 533FSB with HT. Is ther any way to install an 800FSB w/HT?

I have a 1.5ghz 400FSB and would like to upgrade to a 3.0ghz 800FSB w/HT.
If I can't Ill settle for the 3.0 533 HT.

Also, would cache size be an issue? Could I run a Prescott on this board?
Is a 2.8 w/1mb cache better than a 3.0 w/512 cache?

Problem I see with this board is that yes you can add that proc, but no it wont run at 800fsb, so it will be worthless to buy something like that and use the same board. What you can try is a bios update, some boards with that can do better and more things. But as far as the cache, it depends on what you are going to do with the proc. My 2.4c has only 512k and it is just great. But I for one would go with the 2.8, it oc's just great.
