Set to 4.5, and show me base speed 4.4 Ghz. You think that is safe for this CPU? with Cooler Master Hyper 212 LED Turbo Red ?

We don't know if it's a good temperature or not because you still haven't shown us any temp numbers that represent 100% load over a significant time (say 20 minutes) with a dedicated stress testing tool like Prime 95. Until you do that you will have no idea whether or not your overclock settings are truly stable.

I was able to run my 3770K @ 4300 comfortably with my 212 Evo, more was much warmer. His is an i5 that should run cooler, who knows maybe it’s good.

I will test one time on 100% - 20 minutes :) Now in normal work temperature is from 35-43 and 50 (on maybe 80-90% CPU short time). I set CPU now up to 4.6 GHz (Based speed show 4.5 Ghz). I think so this cooler master is very good for now, I am so happy for now :) Let's see when I more test speed, maybe that will be about 55-60 temperature, my conjecture.

What program are you stress testing with? 5 minutes is not enough to get a good idea of what max temps will be.

Increasing CPU frequency will have little or no impact on temps. Increasing voltage is what drives up temps. But it may be necessary to increase voltage in order to be stable at a higher CPU frequency. But I would not go any higher with your voltage. You are already very close to the max safe voltage. Much more and your CPU lifespan will be shortened.

I not understand you, my voltage now is fine?

Prime 95, linpack extreme, aida64, cinibench, these are all apps you can use to test your cpu. If it passes all that you can try to lower your voltage, or kick it up an extra multi
