Intel i5-750 memory and Mobo recomendation needed.

I am planning on Building a new Rig..need suggestion.
What I have:
-CPU: Intel i5-750 (stock cooling good enough for 3.5ghz or more?)

What I Needed:
-MOBO: GIGABYTE GA-P55A-UD3 will this mobo o/c up to 3.5ghz+?
-Memory: whats a good 4 GB that will o/c my CPU to 3.5ghz+
-PSU: Corsair 750wTX
-VD: Will ATI 5850 good enough for 24' monitor?
-HDD: 640GB Western Digital.

I have a GA-P55-UD3R, it was very easy to get my i5 up to 4GHz. (A bit of voltage tweaking after 3.8 needed for me, but it was still ok)

As for the RAM what Rattle posted should work great. 1.35V at 1600? :D The timings could be better though.
