I don't seem to be getting good temps on my watercooled PIV and I don't think there is an excuse for that since Intel's run cool. I'm getting around 36C idle and 40C with a 1.8a overclocked to 2.4 with an ambient of 22C. I just put this watercooled rig together recently and I think it may have to do with the fact that I have the pump and radiator outside my antec 840 case and i'm using about 6 feet (all together) of 3/8" silicone tubing. I have an Eheim 1250 so I didn't think flow rate would be a problem but could that be causing my high temperatures?
