Great...then you can settle with a lesser variation of that board if you want to save some money.
Also, 16gb is quite the overkill for ram these days, 850w is plenty of power, if you want to go lower you can and still get a high end gpu -say 750w or even less-

You could always get something like this:

Ram: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16820233144
Psu: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16817139021

I don't know how good is the price on your gtx570, but you can opt for a 6970/50 unlocked 2gb card too. Also, in a couple of days we should see some price drops on gtx580's. I would wait for that if I were you.

ps: Funny thing I found while looking for a 580 for you: http://www.amazon.com/HP-SH886A-Tes...?s=electronics&ie=UTF8&qid=1331883157&sr=1-54
O.O Tesla would be proud (?)

i already have the psu and i want to go nvidia cuz i like them more, just a trust think i think...and the ram...well its a deal online so.. :D

Ok, go ahead then. You'll be happy with that gpu/psu, and later you can go sli too :p

Board-wise, look at the asus maximus gene-z/gen3. It's around $189 at Amazon/Newegg. GREAT board, matx, but packed of features and gorgeous too.

Have you decided on a cooler for the cpu yet?

If you're going for a mild overclock -standard 4.5ghz you can get away with standard air cooling, this is a great deal: http://www.frys.com/product/6200910 - Works like a charm!

I tend to stay away from open box deals. I have been screwed over too many times. The first time was a motherboard that was not tested as it did not power the CPU fan. The second time was a cable modem that the ethernet port had burned out.

Refurbished is a different ball park, but IMO, open box deals dont save you enough money to warrant the potential headache.

okay well i was looking more and i need a motherboard with connectors for USB 3.0 x 2, USB 2.0 x 4, eSATA x 1, HD Audio x 1 to the front. and connectors for the 4 fans that are installed into my computer,

wats up with all the stuff covering it?

That is TUF Thermal Armor helps spread & dissipate heat. Asus claims that the primary benefit of the Thermal Armor is to enhance the motherboard’s cooling ability; it’s designed to channel air from the CPU cooler over important areas of the motherboard. Only down side is that it doesn't come with a 50mm fan which is ok I found a Delta that put out like 3-4 times the amount of a normal 50mm fan.

I also recommend NIB instead of open bx but there are good deals out there but the risk is higher for a defective board. If you can swing it get it ;)

I have the Cooler Master HAF 932 Advanced it comes with 3.0 X 2 to the front panel. Then the Sabertooth P67 has a total of (4) USB 3.0 (2) 3.0 Mid-board headers for the front panel & (2) 3.0 at the back panel. Also it sports 14 X USB 2.0 ports 6 mid board & 6 in the rear.

1 Power eSata, 1 eSata, HD Audio to front, & much more. Plenty for your needs :)

Sorry if i confused you; I am running on "E" 9 hours infront of a pc. Well if its a Z68 board you want then the 1st post you made has great features if your set on a Z68 board but really you can throw your i5 2600K into any H67, P67 or Z68 motherboard & it will work.
