It looks like a bunch of Intel Architect's are leaving to start up their own CPU company using RISC-V,everytime I go on the net and read something about Intel it's more bad news everytime.

 
i hope they can make up ground on design. Apple has a really good processor on its in phones. really not much from stopping apple from sliding those into some of its laptop/thin-tops.
 
well i get the feeling intel is going to stop doing ARC. They should snap up the ARC team tbh for in house graphics. Though at this point with the two major ones in the market on Risc cpu's, it might be hard to get in but who knows.

I think they will keep ARC going if the next round are better performers at gaming plus they are great workload that really work well and don't use a ton of power,they are also the King's of encoding speeds right now as well.
