ive been using occt to monitor my temps consistency and i noticed that my oc of 4.2ghz is staying strictly on 4.2 instead of going up and down based on requirements. i would notice that it would be at 2.5 at times then going up when i was under a full load. i recently changed some settings to perform a faster boot up but dont know what i could have dont to cause it to stick on 4.2.

does anyone know how i can change it back to where its not sticking on 4.2 at all times?

It's like that changing to 'high performance' mode prevents any sort of power saving features.
