I'm 99% certain it was moistrue in the RAM sockets... Will let her dry out a couple days and test her out on air... If she works fine; it's cold time again, but this time she's getting the vaseline treatment.
Board lives... No damage was done. Turns out the RAM sockets were SOAKED... Last damn time I point a fan at the ram while benching cold. I had the Nidec blowing air at the memory (about 1000 rpm... nothing too outlandish) and that was enough to make a puddle of water under the insulation I had on the unused RAM slots.
