Is Bartxstore.com still accepting orders?

Bartx store has a great phase change evaporator that I have purchased before (late 2019). I would like another BUT have not been able to for over a year. I have not received replies from my emails on why I can’t finish the order page. The items in question are on back order so that might be the problem? I have filled out the order form BUT at the bottom where it ask how to pay (IT RECOMMENDS PAYPAL) it will not allow me to complete the payment by PayPal?
Has anyone ordered from them within the last 2 years? Does anyone else have this problem on it not finishing payment by going to PayPal?

It died years ago, just as competitive benchmarking died years ago. Now is only marketing and mass sale products.
It was a one-guy hobby, so it's hard to call it a reliable long-term store. I don't know anyone besides you who ordered anything from this "store".
