Hi all,

I recently bought a KT7A-Raid, 1.2Ghz Tbird and SuperOrb hoping to overclock the sucker, I received crashes at 1260!!!

So I say, just bad luck... I go to the Overclockerz Store and buy a CPU tested to run at 1520. Crashes at 1300!!! 44C.

I know the SuperOrb sucks but I'm thinking that there is a bigger problem here. I went ahead and ordered a new heatsink called "Monster 2" which will be coming in next week.

Its funny, at 1200 everything is VERY stable. Pushing beyond this everything because very unstable. I seem to think its my motherboard... Has anyone experienced this before? Perhaps I bumped one of the capacitors or something when I attached the heatsink?

Also what kind of temperature range are you guys getting on stable overclocked systems?

Best regards,

einy

Just saw a post on the OCZ store. Many of the experience other people have had with them I am currently having. Slow shipping and I love how they place the cpu in bubble wrap.

I think I may have to give my bank a call...
