Is It Possible To Get A Complete Package Of Updates for Win 7 64bit

I've just reinstalled Windows 7 Home on my brothers Samsung RV511 Laptop and it wont scan for updates I get the 80072EFE error the version of Win 7 came with the laptop on disc and I dont have time to be making an ISO with all the updates streamed in, so is it possible that I can download them all as a .exe or something because I am stuck. He wants to upgrade to Win 10 but right now he just wants it working

I've been carrying around this patch in a USB keychain for....years and years for the random moments that I may or may not ever reinstall Windows 7. If that link does not work, I can figure out how to attach the file to you.
