Like, if I needed two separate drives again? Or once it's on it will never be off unless I reformat the drives?

Thanks

once your data is arranged in a RAID array... you can't take off the RAID controller and get 1/2 your data on one disk.. and 1/2 on the other.

You would have to copy your data somewhere else.. reformat.. and reinstall.

Well would you know, I forgot all about copying data to disks or anothe harddrive. And I was just about to not get raid due to the loss of data when you want to separate the drives.

Thanks
