Is my Geforce2 broken?

I was working with my video card, it wasn't screwed in and I accidentally pulled it out while the computer was on. Now when I turn on the machine, it doesn't make a beep as if there was no vid card, but the screen stays blank. Is my card dead? Does anyone know how I could fix this?

Iam pretty sure it dead, since you pulled it out while it running. why did you do that in the first place?
