Is my memory going out?

I am getting random reboots even at stock clock settings and most of the blue screen are the irq not less or equal crap. My 5V line is perfectly fine staying between 4.95-5V. This has starting happening in the past week or so. The blue screens could happen in 30 mins...sometimes hours...sometimes never. Would you guys think memory?

From my experience that sounds like memory is the problem. Do you have 2 sticks that you can use to try and isolate which is bad?

Try the sticks in another computer and see if the problem follows.
