Is my Mushkin BH-5 dieing?

So I've been having a lot of client and computer crashes lately whenever I play World of Warcraft or run Prime95 + 3dMark05. When it crashes it just goes to a blank blue screen and reboots. Everyone I've talked to says it's probably my ram. I've got Mushkin Pc3500 2x512 BH-5 that's been run at 2.9v and 228mhz for around 2 yrs. I've run memtest86+, no problems. However, it seems like the crashing stops for a while if I swap the modules between their memory slots. Any ideas or other tests I could run?

I started running Memtest86+ again last night and I was up to 12 Passes with 0 Errors when I left for work this morning.

Consider testing each stick individually and in different slots with Memtest. If you can establish a pattern of either (1) a single stick having errors in all slots or (2) both sticks having errors in the same slot, then it might reveal whether it is the mobo or the ram that is causing you issues.

You might also consider running Prime95 to rule out your cpu...perhaps it needs a slight bump up in voltage to stabilize your overclock (even though it might have been stable in the past).

I've already bumped my cpu voltage up, hasn't seemed to help too much. Prime95 is stable, unless I start running 3Dmark05 at the same time. Then my computer resets. But I'll definitly start switching the ram to different slots, thanks.

what do your rails look like on your psu?

All those rails are really low. Especially the 12V. Might want to think about buying a new power supply.

At least check to see if the Stealth has pots to adjust the voltage. You will probably have to remove the psu casing. I'm not familiar with that particular psu so I'm not sure.

Stay away from dual 12V rail PSU's!

Are those dual rail? I was thinking of getting the PC P&C 510 ASL so I don't have to get a new psu when i eventually switch to a dual core and sli
