Is the Epox 8k7a as good as the 8k7a+?????

I am thinking about getting this motherboard. I want to know if, besides not having raid, does this board have any disadvantages when compared to the + version.

I think they are teh same except for the highpoint control. I remember somebody saying the 1/5 divider didn't work for the raid version.
