Is the Gigabyte GA-6WMM7 any good?

I already have the sys in my signature arriving on Monday(theyve said so)
I have a spare case, and i want to build a second system. I've been offered a 433@540 with this board+alpha cooler for a very reasonable price second hand. What do ya think?

gigabyte is a good brand. Not rated as highly as asus, abit, iwill, and msi, but they are supposed to be fine boards. You should be happy with it.
