If I remember right Micron changed to a version 2 of the chips so these are the new versions most likely. I have yet to see any info on the newer ones but I'm sure they will run at or around the older ones which is very good.

What?! I have been wanting to get a gig of this stuff. THey already changed it? Could you provide me with a link bro...about the change in IC's?

I would guess that OCZ wouldn't release anything that didn't work amazing. So either these new chips are great or they have pulled another rabbit out of their collective hats. :D

They are the same product as ever. We never changed our ICs.

I am not sure where you can find them, as they are limited.

If they did do you know where i can get some of the first stuff?

Thanks, krag

Sean says it the same product as ever.

Odd, was wondering what was up with the "new revision" on the microns.
If it wasn't true then I'd bet it sure got a few people to rush out and buy up some of the EB's while they were still around... heh ;)

That is interesting. I guess they had quite a stash of the older version or the new revision is the same thing. Either way I'm happy since I still need another single stick. :D

2x512MB PC3500 EB on the way now (shipped from webshop today). So we'll see. Hopefully it's of the good "old" stuff.
Aaaa can't wait to test them out :D
