I take it your talking about your monitor/card refresh rate?

I'm not sure how win2k works, but for myself, all I have todo is get to the control pannle, click on display, then on the settings tab, click advance, then on the adapter tab, I then see "Refresh Rate"..

Basicaly from there you click on the scrolling selections and pick out what your card/monitor will suport.

I have a V3/3k myself, I wish I could help more, but I am not well grounded in v3/2k's or win2k.

You might want to try http://www.voodoofiles.com for a tweaker program for your card, or more info on the refresh rate.

Good Luck!
