is there a gameport > usb adapter?

my microsoft sidewinder ff wheel aint compatible with win xp and the usb version is so im wondering if i could put an adapter on it for usb

My precison pro joystick came with a small usb adapter and it works with both in windowsME. I dont see why it wouldnt work with usb in XP. Just that I dont know where you'd buy that adaptor...

no it doesnt work with gameport in win xp.. thats why i want a usb adapter.. im gonna try installing win 98 and make a partition and then install drivers that way

I got that part Lt. Why dont you try to find an adaptor for it? have you looked? Even if it doesnt work, its a good thing to have around anyways.
