The above Cpu was tested on a Austek, I will be putting the Cpu in a TH7 II with 512 Samsung PC800.

I bought this setup from reading most of the post here. I think BatBoy is a very informitive guy
Any advise would help.

Thanks for the kind words.

If that info you provided is true and accurate, then that 1.8a Northwood is running at 2.4 gig using default voltage. I'd say that's a great CPU, I'll take it if you don't want it.

hi Batboy,
Glad you replied :)

Yes, if the tech's didn't mess with the report, then this is what i wanted "requested a 1.8 NW overclocked to 2.4 at defalut Vcore"
But i am paying a premium price.....almost embarrassed to tell you the cost :( err...ahh.... what the hell! $249 with shipping.
I don't plan on upgrading anymore " yea right" so i thought "go for it"

If this 1.8NW is what the reports say's it is " Hopfully a good OC'er" I will let you know

you better mean $249 for the CPU only, otherwise you had better post the name of the vendor who would sell that system for that price! ;)
