is this a good beginers WC kit?

I think it is a good deal for me to test out water cooling and see how I like the performance and noise. Is this a good kit to get and is it a good price?

I think it looks ok but I wouldn't bid very much higher on it. For a little over a hundred dollars you could get a gemini or maze3 wb, heater core, project box, pump and hose. I personally like going with blocks that I have seen results from that way I have an idea of how mine is doing compared to others of the same type assuming the other setups are similar to mine.
