Is this a good chip to get on a low budget?

I just ordered an AMD 64 3200+ with ASUS K8V SE Deluxe mobo. What would be some good memory to get for this board? I am not going to overclock right away, but may in the future. I am looking primarily at newegg.com for my memory purchase and I spec'd out this one: http://www.newegg.com/app/ViewProductDesc.asp?description=20-144-305&depa=0

I am not sure if this is the best fo rmy needed or what. I am going to be doing gaming, video editing and school work. Like I said I am on a small budget and have spent about $650 already on a case, cpu/mobo combo, dvd/cd-rw drive and harddrives. I plan to get a dual layer dvd burner some time in the future, but not right away. I still have to get a power supply, but I should be able to find one for about $50.

I'd get this and hope that you wind up with Micron. I think it probably would be, and in this case, should overclock like a monster.
