Is this a good PSU? Help!

I just bought a Vantec Stealth 520W PSU. Is this a good one? Plus... it has 3 fans on it. Do I have to cut a hole on the top of my case for this to fit? Here is the link...

Yes, its a good power supply.

No, you dont have to cut any holes. The extra fan goes on the bottom sucking air into the PSU from the case.
