Is this good ram? what's better?

I want BH-5..and 3200 or 3500..this looks like good ram to me, and I'll put some heatspreaders on it..

but do you guys think this will be good for my P4c I'm getting?

if not, wh'ats better? I want 1gb.

Mushkin Level II Black uses BH-5s, I think kingston and old Buffalo as well. I use 1 gb of Mushkin pc3500.

I vote for that WinBond RAM, really good deal. Any BH-5 RAM seems to perform excellently so it doesn't really matter that much though.
