That is an average AthlonXP stepping which will yeild you around 1750MHz~1800MHz tops on AIR. With water, you could go for 1850MHz~1900MHz with AGOGA Y.

From what I've heard, they usually are. You can never get a guarantee that the chip will overclock by so much, but I've heard that AGOGAs fare pretty well most of the time. Others I know have fared well with an AGKGA or AGOIA. I got an AGNGA, which usually arent as good. (I cant get mine over 136 FSB, but that probably has to do with my absolutely terrible RAM.)

I had a 1800+ AGOGA Y don`t remember the week and I solt it because I only could get it to 1.67 ghz :(
