is this tag set up right? did i do it right? is there any possible way to make it better?

Yep it looks alright to me, first one is set to get gromacs when available and keep the sse optimisations on. You can check you're f@h log to make sure they are on.

when i just had the advmethods on, it said in the console that the 3dnow boost was OK.

now, with the forecasm and advmethods, it says sse boost ok, but nothing about the 3dnow stuff....

does this matter?

should i be getting 3dnow boost, and see boost for the most gromak eatin' fun?

-forceasm forces SSE as of today.

SSE has show stability issues with Tbreds B:

Without -forceasm it defaults to 3dnow, that is slightly slower.

i got a tbredA, and my system is ROCK solid stable.... it was stable at 166 fsb.... until a little while back, but i've never had an issue with 160 fsb.
