With the launch of the Barton 3200+ w/ the 400fsb, is it meaning that no other Bartons w/ the 333fsb will be released?

I doubt it. there are still 266fsb. chips. judging from the pattern amd has followed, the 3200 and higher will be 400fsb, and the 333 and 266 will stay, but at the lower speeds (current ones)
