OK, here's the deal:
I've got a full sized tower. Mother board has USB 2.0 only. Looking to add USB 3 ports to the front panel. Got the unused 3.5" bay.
Been browsing on NewEgg, but it seems like none of the front panels mention how long the built in cables are. As the front panel will need to be matched up to a PCI-E card, length is a big concern. I figure I'll need about 20" to be safe.
Has anybody already done this, and have recommendations/experience that they'd like to share?
