Issues with my mute button on my headset

Hey everyone and anyone,

I recently got a new heat set for gaming a month ago and it was going well until the mute button on the side of the head set is no longer working. For every game that I play it shows my microphone speaker is on despite me manually having the mute button on. So now I can't mute my head set without going into the game settings and getting killed in my games without people hearing me. I looked into settings and it is getting me nowhere. Has anyone had this issue before and how do I solve it? Google is not helping me.

What head set??

I'm guessing the mute button is simply broken. RMA them.

Yep +1, I don't see any reason to try to resolve it, they should still be under warranty. Get them replaced by the manufacturer.
