unless you can overcome any challenges by the patent examiner concerning obviousness, and novelty. And you are looking at about $20,000 total in legal expenses associated with the patent prosecution, not including any challengers.

If you do plan on going forth, make sure you write down your plans and DO NOT post any pictures or details about it. If you do, you lose any chance you have at a patent.
