it7 dsl/nic card hang for 1-3 mins before i can surf ?

Here is the problem.Just got the it7,using onboard sound and nic my sound seems to want to lower and upp from time to time.
strange ..If i put in my other sound card /pci , it wants
realtek one. It makes my nic card kinda hang for a min or 3 before i can log on to the net ????? dsl/ speedstream 5260 modem
anybody know how i can fix this ?

maybe u should disable your onboard lan in your bios....thats what i did with the onboard sound since i have an audigy.
