Take it for what its worth, but I use an amount of pump lubricant in my setup, and have never had an algae problem.

Change your water to clean water with a bit of bleach in it. Run the system for a few hours, then flush and refill with DISTILLED water and WaterWetter. Make sure you're following the concentration directions on the bottle.
I wouldn't recommend mixing chlorine bleach with waterwetter in the system.

Have fun!

I'm with diggrr on all of that, except I use a drop or two of Beckett Fountain Cleanser to keep my bong clean. You can get it from home depot, or pet stores have similar stuff for fish tanks. Beckett shouldn't react with waterwetter since it is an enzyme.

Increasing the amount of waterwetter will probably reduce thermal efficiency, with very little, if any, gain elsewhere. I wouldn't use very much of it, that's just me though. But I would also run experiments with different levels to be sure, because it might not matter that much depending on how much you use now.
